The Senior Vice President, Client Services leads the strategic direction, growth, and satisfaction of the agency's most important client relationships. This executive is accountable for delivering measurable marketing and customer experience outcomes through integrated data, digital marketing, analytics, and fulfillment solutions. The role combines consultative leadership, operational excellence, and commercial growth—ensuring the agency is a proactive, indispensable partner to its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Partnership

Serve as executive sponsor for major accounts, ensuring client retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Develop deep understanding of clients’ business models, customer strategies, and competitive landscape.

Proactively identify opportunities to drive better CX, lifecycle value, and marketing ROI.

Lead executive-level engagement, QBRs, strategic planning, and governance processes.
Business Growth & Financial Performance

Own revenue growth across an assigned portfolio; accountable for P&L, margin, and performance targets.

Partner with Sales and Solution leaders to expand scope—cross-selling digital, data, CX, fulfillment, and advisory capabilities.

Build long-term account plans and forecast revenue with accuracy and discipline.
Solution Strategy & Delivery Excellence

Translate client needs into innovative, actionable marketing, analytics, and omnichannel execution strategies.

Ensure timely and flawless delivery across multi-disciplinary teams (data, technology, customer care, agency services, print & omnichannel fulfillment).

Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement, rooted in data-driven decision making.

Champion compliance with security, privacy, and quality standards.
Team Leadership & Talent Development

Lead and inspire a team of Client Directors/Managers and cross-functional delivery partners.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and proactive client service.

Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performance account leaders and future successors.
Market & Industry Expertise

Maintain strong understanding of marketing technology, AI-driven personalization, customer engagement, and omnichannel execution trends.

Represent us at industry events and in client thought leadership discussions.
Qualifications

12+ years in Client Services leadership within marketing, customer engagement, digital agency, or data-driven service organizations.

Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and growing strategic accounts.

Strong business acumen with P&L ownership.

Expertise across one or more: CRM, data analytics, digital media, marketing automation, CX/contact centers, and fulfillment/logistics.

Outstanding executive communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
