SR. Specialty Rep for a leading, rapidly growing, clinical diagnostic Company that specializes in metabolic and molecular genetics while providing expertise in diagnostic testing of rare disorders. The organization is equipped with highly skilled scientists and professionals, and is looking to expand its commercialization efforts via a search for a East Coast Specialty Development Executive based preferably out of Atlanta GA or surrounding Southern East Coast Large City. The Rep provides direct sales and services primarily to Geneticists, Genetic Counselors, Neurologists and regional reference laboratories within their assigned sales territory. Hospital, Clinic and Lab call points.
This position requires you to work cross functionally with other Specialty Reps but are responsible for your own sales quotas and goals.
Uncapped potential!! Neurogentics, diagnostic lab sales, excellent Company, Team and product portfolio.
Competitive base based on experience
Uncapped commissions: At plan 150-163K, Top Reps do very well!
Sales experience in genetics, Neurogenetics is preferred
Experience selling whole exome sequencing, possibly genome
50/50 hunting / farming but looking for a real hunter
Experience selling into hospitals/Large Systems and knows how to navigate Hospitals as well as call on Physicians.
Has called on: Neurology, Geneticists (and Genetic Counselors)
Need someone with a hunter mentality
Must have at least 3 years Industry sales experience
Must be able to Travel at least 50% overnight.
