SR Business Analyst (Comm. Lines/Aut,WC,Pers,ISO)
These are questions I asked the EVP of Operations so we can get a glimpse into the company, why customers buy and why a candidate like you should take a serious look at them as a great next step in your career. The EVP’s answers are in blue.
So a few questions:
1) My candidates will be recruited candidates that are happy at the current job and making their numbers, so we have to be able to show them there is a better opportunity at your Company. What is the sizzle around your Company? What makes your company unique? (What do you have to offer customers?)

Our goal was to maintain the best solution on the market, including the best insurance processes in a single solution that can be used by the best insurance companies in the world.
We built our product first, separate from any project. This ensured that we did not take any shortcuts and made everything configurable. After the product was mature, we formed the company and did our first project.
Our first project set a record in the industry:
6 week mini-project with 2 LOBs and end-to-end functionality including forms and reports
In 5 months to production for 3 LOBs, again including complete end-to-end processing, rating, forms, and reports
The solution is now selling over $1 Million of commercial lines insurance per month in new business

The problem we solve is long implementation timelines. Due to the high configurability of our solution, we can greatly reduce this time which in turn promotes success and also greater support and easier releases.
