OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
This department is known for being fun, stable, and grounded in genuine teamwork. You will join a group with a strong mix of personalities who enjoy the workday and support one another. The hybrid structure gives you the chance to engage with medically complex patients in Acute Care while also providing focused one-hour Outpatient treatments.

The leadership team is highly engaged and well respected. They maintain a consistent, patient-centered environment where therapists are encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and practice their full range of skills. You can expect a calm, low-drama culture, excellent collaboration among PT, OT, and SLP, and a daily rhythm that prioritizes quality of care over rushed productivity.

This position fits an SLP who values stability, camaraderie, and meaningful patient interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) Preferred
• Active SLP Oklahoma License (or ability to obtain)
• Bachelor or Master of Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Comfort with adult and geriatric patients
• A calm, professional communicator who builds rapport quickly
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to pitch in where needed
• Strong observational skills and solid clinical reasoning
• Commitment to high-quality treatment and consistent follow-through
• Positive, steady presence who contributes to a supportive culture
