SENIOR PRIVATE BANKER
MIAMI

The bank is looking for a top-performing Private Banker with a strong track record in offshore Latin American Private Banking, capable of attracting new assets and developing long-term relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for both business development and portfolio management, including client acquisition, investment advisory, portfolio reviews, and ongoing relationship management.

Target Profile:

• Proven experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management.
• Strong network and client book focused primarily on Brazil.
• Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Demonstrated ability to attract and retain assets under management.
• Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio management.
• Comfortable operating within a highly regulated environment, including KYC and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet existing and prospective clients.

Key Requirements:

• Based in or willing to relocate to Miami.
• Fluent English required.
• English + Portuguese is very valuable for the Brazil coverage.
• Master's degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ideally 4–10+ years of relevant Private Banking experience.

Compensation:

Base salary in the region of USD 150K–200K, depending on experience, track record and portability of assets.
