Your Role with the Company:
Candidate will be responsible for a variety of Plumbing Design projects in K-12, Higher Ed, office, Municipal, Worship, Office, Data Centers, senior living and other commercial project types. This will include preparing production drawings (from beginning to end), redline drafting, equipment sizing/selection and pipe routing, submittal review, site visits/reviews, RFI responses and PCR reviews as well as maintain building codes and changes. You will also interact with clients, attend client meetings, review plumbing documentation and create Final Design documents.

Background Profile:
• Graduate of a four year ABET accredited engineering program in an engineering discipline preferred but not necessary with prior current experience.
• 5 years minimum experience in the consulting engineering industry and experience developing plans and specifications
• CPD a plus
• Thorough understanding of the principles of plumbing design
• Exposure to a basic knowledge of fire protection systems and related devices and equipment
• AutoCAD experience
• Revit required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
