A growing engineering firm with a strong presence across Florida is seeking a Senior Plumbing & Fire Protection Professional Engineer to lead the design and delivery of diverse building projects.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll take ownership of design efforts, collaborate closely with clients and project teams, ensure quality and compliance, and provide mentorship to junior engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PE looking to play a strategic, hands-on role in shaping high-quality building systems from concept through construction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and perform plumbing and fire protection system design and calculations.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients (architects, contractors, developers).
• Review and approve technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits to support construction administration and resolve technical issues.

What We ’re Looking For:

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
• 5+ years of experience in Plumbing & Fire Protection design (7+ preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience leading projects and teams.
• Background in coordinating with A&E firms, contractors, and developers.
