The Role you Will play:

As the Senior Estimator you will be a pivotal leader in managing and overseeing all facets of pre-construction, from concept to design. This role requires comprehensive experience in estimating, scheduling, constructibility, value analysis, and a strong technical understanding of subcontractor trades. However, you must also have effective communication skills to interact with internal and external clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Expertise in estimating, scheduling, constructibility, and subcontractor trades for Commercial Construction
  • Working knowledge of different methods and pre-construction services
  • Exposure to Manufacturing & Distribution facilities a plus
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial Construction Estimating, Pre-construction, or related Project Management PLUS at least 1 year of Field Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience as a Field Engineer, PM or Estimator.
