SDR / Sales Development Representative
About Our Client:
Our client is a leading provider of revenue enhancement solutions for banks and credit unions across the U.S. They specialize in helping financial institutions grow and retain their customer base and improve profitability. As they continue to expand, they need a skilled Sales / Business Development Associate to support their busy sales team by qualifying leads and setting up high-impact appointments.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Generate and qualify new leads to set up appointments for Regional Salespeople.
- Educate and Engage: Educate potential customers on product features and benefits, giving insight to the best solutions for their needs.
- Build Relationships: Engage with C-level executives within community banks and credit unions nationwide.
- Persistent Outreach: Maintain consistent outreach through high-volume calls and strategic email engagements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience selling to banks and credit unions in a similar lead generation, SDR, BDR role
- Communication Skills: Exceptional phone skills and the ability to engage confidently with C-level Bank Executives
- Driven and Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated with a track record of exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Compensation: Competitive base salary (50K+) with performance-based incentives = 80K+
