Job Title: Senior SAP WM/RF Consultant

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Travel as Required)
Employment Type: Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP WM/RF Consultant with 7–10 years of hands-on SAP Warehouse Management experience to support ongoing enhancements, production support, and project initiatives within a complex SAP landscape. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP WM and RF functionality, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable warehouse solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong functional configuration expertise in SAP WM, experience integrating with other SAP modules, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Perform hands-on configuration and customization within SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Radio Frequency (RF) functionality.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP WM solutions to support warehouse processes.
  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP functional consultants.
  • Support integrations between WM and other SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, and LE.
  • Develop and execute functional specifications, test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document business processes, functional specifications, and configuration changes.
  • Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and training as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of SAP WM functional experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations and support projects.
  • Strong hands-on SAP WM configuration experience.
  • Extensive experience configuring and supporting SAP RF (Radio Frequency) transactions and warehouse processes.
  • Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory management, picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, and physical inventory processes.
  • Experience integrating SAP WM with MM, SD, PP, and Logistics Execution (LE).
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Experience creating functional specifications and supporting development teams during enhancements.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • French language proficiency
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management environments.
  • Exposure to EWM or warehouse automation technologies is a plus.
  • Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments.
