SAP S4 Supply Chain Business Analyst

BCTG’s direct client is looking for an SAP S4 Supply Chain Business Analyst to perform the following tasks:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business to understand needs, identify pain points, and gather detailed requirements for supply chain processes within S/4HANA. Help document the “as is” “to be”
• Data Analysis and Reporting: generate reports and provide insights to optimize operations. Create Dashboards in Power BI
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules: Thorough knowledge of Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Transportation Management (TM), and related functionalities.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, procurement, logistics, and demand forecasting.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and levels.

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of S4 Fiori – able to create “to be”, try to implement standard Fiori. Client trying to avoid customizations if possible
• Understand MRP (system for calculating the materials and components needed to manufacture a product), SAP and Fiori

6 month contract to start. Remote ok, East Coast preferred. MUST support EST
