Job Description

Position Summary:
Bull City Talent Group's direct client has an immediate need for an SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and strategic direction of complex OTC solutions within SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of SAP Order-to-Cash experience, including multiple S/4HANA implementations, with a strong emphasis on thought leadership and hands-on configuration across complex pricing, rebates, and condition contracts.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor for SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes
  • Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for OTC in SAP S/4HANA
  • Drive S/4HANA-native approaches, challenging legacy ECC designs and promoting best practices
  • Conduct and lead business process workshops with senior business and IT stakeholders
  • Perform hands-on configuration across the OTC lifecycle, including:
    • Sales order management
    • Delivery and shipping
    • Billing and invoicing
  • Design and configure complex pricing procedures, including:
    • Multi-level pricing
    • Condition techniques
    • Routines, formulas, exclusions, and scales
  • Configure and support rebates, Settlement Management, and Condition Contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, Logistics, ABAP, Integration) to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions
  • Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), data migration, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal delivery standards and solution accelerators

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of hands-on SAP Order-to-Cash (SD) experience
  • Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA OTC implementations
  • Deep, hands-on configuration expertise in:
    • Complex pricing procedures
    • Rebates / Settlement Management
    • Condition Contracts
  • Strong understanding of S/4HANA OTC architecture, data model changes, and simplifications
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a thought leader, influencing solution direction and stakeholder decisions
  • Experience leading design sessions and presenting to senior-level audiences
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
