Job Description
Salary - $30 - $50+ (based on experience/contract bidding)
Scope of Work / Project Description
The following tasks are required:
- Troubleshoot, research and perform root cause analysis for production issues
- Support end users reporting technical issues
- Analyze the functional impact of software interruption, propose and lead corrective issues for failed transactions
- Configure the software to business requirements, as required for planned enhancements
- Develop and execute tests to confirm the functionality
- Review of the vendor monthly and quarterly releases, analyze and document the impact on the City solutions
- Maintain necessary documentation
- Escalate ARIBA issues to SAP Inc. and follow up with them for issues resolution
- Perform knowledge transfer to the internal staff

Project Experience Respondents should describe the project experience of the Resource with three relevant projects of similar scope and magnitude, successfully undertaken in the previous five years. Each project example should demonstrate the Resource’s project experience relevant to the Terms of Reference as outlined. Respondents should complete the form provided as Project Description Forms (tables 3-5), to describe the Resource’s project experience. Respondents should use one form for each project experience description. The Client will only evaluate three examples. Ten points will be assigned to each of the three requested project samples. If more than three project examples are provided, only the first three will be evaluated. Respondents are required to achieve a minimum score of 70% (7 out of 10) on each of the three relevant projects. Failure to achieve the minimum score on any of the relevant projects will render a response non-responsive. |

Relevant Experience (maximum 30 points) Respondents should describe the relevant experience of the Resource relevant to the Terms of Reference as outlined. Respondents should complete the form provided as Relevant Experience Form (tables 6), to describe the Resource’s relevant experience. Respondents should have: • 5 years of experience with SAP version ECC 6.0 • 5 years of experience with operational support and configuration of SAP Finance, Procurement and Accounts Payable functionality • 5 years of experience with operational support and configuration of SAP Materials Management module • 2 years of experience with supporting SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing modules • Experience with Ariba Network • Experience supporting Supplier Network integration to Buying & Invoicing, including configuration, integration, root cause analysis of integration failures • 2 years of experience with SAP Ariba and ECC integration, with focus on Purchase Requisition and Payment • Knowledge of Ariba-ECC integration using CIG • Experience in supporting ARIBA through a migration with S/4 HANA • Experience in working in a Canadian municipality |

Respondents should have: • A three-year university degree or three-year college diploma in Computer Information Systems or a related discipline • One or more certifications related to SAP technologies. (Respondents should include the applicable documentation showing the certifications.) • Professional development courses, completed in the last 3 years, related to SAP technologies. (Respondents should include the applicable documentation showing the courses completion.) |
