Inside/Outside Sales Representative (Temporary Staffing Agency)
(Previous Sales Experience strongly preferred)
The Sales Rep position will call on majority Property Management companies located in California. However we plan to market in other industries as well (hospitality, medical and light industrial).
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Call between 8-15 new and existing accounts per day and follow up with an emails
- Responsible for prospecting, soliciting and looking for new customers
- Prepare company contracts
- Understand our bill rates and how to charge clients
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients , generating repeat business
- Help Customers grow their business by assisting with their staffing needs
- Work with Home Office on any Sales, Credits, Collection Issues
- Work with Staffing Team to ensure which clients they would like you to go after
- Provide feedback to Executive management
- Provide daily and weekly reports to management
- Overnight Travel may be required
REQUIREMENTS
- Great Interpersonal Skills, Self Driven, Motivated, Organized
- Multilingual a plus
- Valid/Clean Driver's License
- Ability to work Independently
- A Self Starter with an outgoing personality
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Excellent Time Management Skills
