SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Large High Technology enterprise seeks someone to do business development cold calls and then work with the customers that they bring on to keep them happy and add new products and services.  That means the company is looking to hire a multi-discipline type of sales rep that on one hand can make cold call hunter sales calls and then work with the customer on a re-occurring bases to bring new solutions into the mix.  That means that the sales rep will not only make commission on new sales but will have a book of business that with resort to the sales rep getting paid also on re-occurring revenue.  The sales rep will work on a base salary + new commission + re-occurring commission revenue.  The company is looking for someone with team building skills for team collaboration skills with support and marketing personnel.  This team work model will drive sales that escapes traditional hierarchical sales enterprises. 

Company is changing the Internet, IT and telecom marketplace in Hawaii. They need a talented and motivated Sales Account Manager who is a creative team player, highly self motivated, driven and goal oriented with the ability to thrive in our fast-paced environment.  To 50k base + New Commission + re-occurring Commission for a total comp of over 100k Plus.  Great opportunity to move into management as well.

Success Factors:

? Research and develop leads with both new and existing opportunities

? Convert leads into customers

? Successfully track and hit monthly activity metrics for sales

? Assist the company in reaching monthly sales goals

? Follow up with prospects and clients

? Assist in client relations to see projects through to successful delivery

? Serve as a liaison between Operations, Accounting, and customers

? Assist in driving brand awareness of the company
