Position Title: Sales Engineer


Responsible for the sales and marketing activities for the assigned region and Account (Retail / Channel).  Required to develop new prospects and maintain actual customers by promoting sales, services and marketing strategies to grow the AC business. Design and recommend sales and marketing programs for short and long term strategies.


Promote the sale of AC products within the assigned territory. Develop and gather market information to promote market trends and products. Forecasting. Search and develop new partners (Distis-Retailers) or prospects to work with and to create broader customer base.  Promote sales quotations and manage concerns. Assist in the development of new marketing programs to attract more dealers and end user accounts to our brand, and for new product releases. Maintain healthy relationships with customers in order to increase sales and brand image.


Formal Education / Experience

Bachelor Degree, Electrical, Mechanic, Civil Engineer is a plus, three to five years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in AC field.                              
Some background marketing, and computers will be extremely useful

Specific Knowledge / Skills

• Strong knowledge in engineering processes

• Proficient in Advanced Auto cad.

• Strong VRF and Refrigeration knowledge
• Ability to communicate and work with vendors.

• Personal management and Leadership skills.
• Experience in the commercial area.
• Ability to negotiate, elaborate presentations, multitask, follow instructions and procedures
• Flexibility, proactive.
• Able to adapt to change
• Available to travel
• Bilingual (English-Spanish)

Understanding of the Business

• Strong knowledge of forecasting and planning, basic knowledge in marketing concepts, practices and procedures 
• Knowledge of the technology, preferably with AC products and services


• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
