Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of software applications and smarter reporting tools for Field Service operations
  • Develop and improve technical documentation, reporting tools, and Field Service job reports
  • Support field service projects from planning through completion
  • Support the development of training programs, knowledge-sharing systems, and digital learning tools
  • Support quality initiatives and the development of tooling systems used during field service and overhaul activities
Background and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
  • Experience through engineering roles, manufacturing, operations, field service, internships, co-op programs, or technical projects is preferred
  • Experience with rotating equipment, turbomachinery, industrial equipment, or field service operations is highly desirable
  • Interest in software applications, process improvement, and modern operational tools, combined with a strong desire to learn and grow
