Robotics Design Engineer - Team Lead

We are seeking an innovative Robotics Design Engineer - Team Lead to join a growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and hands-on experience developing robotic systems from concept through production.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robotic components, assemblies, and mechanisms using SolidWorks.

• Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and documentation for manufacturing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineers, to integrate mechanical designs into complete robotic systems.

• Perform design reviews, prototyping, and testing to validate functionality and optimize performance.

• Apply principles of motion control, automation, and manufacturability in design.

• Support continuous improvements in product development and production processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience with SolidWorks (3D modeling, assemblies, and drawings).

• Knowledge of robotics, automation, and electromechanical systems.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with prototyping and testing mechanical designs.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
