Risk Operations

This position is responsible for helping to aid in managing the banking relationships, overseeing processes and procedures, escalations and risk related functions.

• 5+ years of experience in a management role
• 7+ years of experience in the payments industry
• Experience with multiple ISOs, SOC 1 and SOC 2 or Acquiring relationships
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Solid experience with many different software systems
• Extraordinary problem-solving skills including management of incidents and escalations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Knowledge of card brand rules and regulations
• Strong understanding of PCI compliance
• Must be a self-motived individual who is ready to advance in their payments career and take on a challenging role in Risk Management
