This Role Will Be Responsible For:
- Assisting in the development and administration of the Risk Management Program.
- Documenting process flows and identifying associated risks and controls.
- Conducting independent analyses to enhance risk mitigation efforts.
- Supporting the review and documentation process for Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
- Assisting with Model Risk Management Program documentation and reviews.
- Contributing to sustainability analysis and the preparation of the Sustainability Report.
- Preparing for increased regulatory requirements related to growth beyond $10 billion.
- Reorganizing policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs within internal systems.
- Performing additional risk-related duties as assigned.
