What You’ll Be Doing:

• Educate clients and referral partners on Reverse for Purchase and other strategies
• Leverage your expertise to offer HECM and proprietary products with confidence
• Collaborate with a best-in-class team using platforms like Quantum, Microsoft Teams, and Total Expert
• Build and grow your personal book of business with full operational and marketing support

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of Reverse Mortgage experience with a successful self-sourced track record
• Originating a minimum of 12 self-sourced reverse mortgage units annually
• Active NMLS license in good standing
• Experience with Reverse for Purchase transactions is essential
• Deep understanding of HECM and proprietary reverse products
• Familiarity with Quantum, Microsoft Teams, and Total Expert is a strong plus
• Relationship-driven, self-motivated, and ready for a career move—not just a job

Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based position, with compensation directly tied to individual sales performance. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
