Revenue Operations Sales Leader/FieldSales Trainer

Position Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage a scalable sales program aligned with company goals
  • Build and oversee Salesforce CRM infrastructure, including forecasting, reporting, compliance, and process management
  • Develop and lead sales training programs for frontline teams; coach to performance improvement
  • Refine and scale value propositions, call scripts, and outreach playbooks
  • Provide ongoing data collection and analytics to guide market segmentation, territory planning, and account prioritization
  • Ensure sales tools, collateral, and messaging are optimized and up to date
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and clinical teams to align messaging and referral strategy
  • Monitor KPIs across the sales funnel — from activity to conversion — and implement continuous improvements
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or field sales training
  • Proven ability to build or revamp a sales program from scratch
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce; able to manage dashboards, compliance, workflows, and forecasting
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, coaching, tools, and analytics
  • Comfortable training and supporting frontline sales staff in the field
  • Data- and process-driven mindset with high attention to detail
  • Experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare sales highly preferred
  • Exposure to larger, structured sales organizations (e.g., ADP, Paychex) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts and influence cross-functional teams

Compensation $150k-$200k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
