OBJECTIVE:

The Revenue Data Analyst is responsible providing data to optimize CEC’s Sales Process, Sales Enablement, and marketing, specifically driving analytics and efficiency from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success across the customer lifecycle.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:

  • HTML Programing to Support marketing campaigns
  • Help move current manual solutions to more automated ones
  • Design and develop applications in Tableau to support expansion of Sales Performance Management platform, including Sales quotas, performance achievement, compensation, and predictive modeling
  • Analyze data for trends and mine data for inconsistencies
  • Provide non-financial metrics and KPIs; perform ongoing and ad-hoc analysis
  • Apply technical skills with business understanding to frame up concepts and determine best approaches
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to implement data and reporting solutions
  • Create and maintain Tableau dashboards/reports for Executive Leadership and Sales teams
  • Answer questions from users of reports, address issues and resolve problem cases as they arise
  • Support the Commission Application within CEC
  • Managed Data batch updates into Salesforce
  • Support overall data needs of the Revenue Operations Group
  • Help maintain and update Smartconnect maps to ensure data integrity between Salesforce and Connectwise

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HTML Experience is required for this position
  • The candidate should have a solid understanding of reporting, analytics, data mining and basic programming principles
  • 4-year College Degree in Marketing analytics, Business Analytics or like field
  • Ability to apply analytic data to Sales and marketing methodology of CEC

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SQL or other programming language
  • Experience in Salesforce data analytics
  • Java Experience

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong knowledge of communications systems, including audio, video, security, fire alarm, wireless, and data networks.
  • PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment) and strong working knowledge of Excel is preferred.
