Growing Provider Management Organization is Seeking a Revenue Cycle Practice Lead

Scope

• Directly hold team members accountable. Dotted line resposiblity for staff of 13
• Work alongside the team while maintaining individual production,quality and performance expectations.
• Serve as primary operational resource for team members by providing guidance on payor requirements,billing regulations,denials,appeals,account follow-up, payment posting and work flow processes.
• Conduct account audits,quality reviews, and productivity assessments while providing constructive coaching and perfomance feedback.
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance management to staff
• Drive initiatives that improve collections, reduce denials,improve first pass claim acceptance rates,and reduce accounts receivable aging
• Coordinate and prioritize daily workloads to ensure client expectations and departmental objectives are consistently met.
• Must be hands on a mentor and able to multi-task and good communicator
• Behavioral Health Experience
• Must live in the Houston Area
• Must have Healthcare Revenue Cycle Lead Experience
• Leader must be hands on a mentor and able to multi-task and good communicator
• Must live in the Houston Area
• Must have Healthcare Revenue Cycle Managment Experience
