As a Retirement Advisor, you’ll manage a portfolio of institutional accounts, balancing investment management, compliance oversight, and client engagement to ensure exceptional results. This role will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of retirement plan client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Developing and delivering engaging presentations on plan design and investment strategies.
- Overseeing investment management and compliance for client accounts.
- Leading client meetings to establish and achieve goals for retirement plans and investments.
- Participating in the development of sales strategies, RFPs, and client acquisition efforts.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support for retirement plans, ensuring seamless operations.
Expectations will include:
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to high professional standards.
- Cultivating trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Staying informed about industry regulations and trends to provide expert guidance.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improving client outcomes.
- Representing the company through networking, client entertainment, and community participation.
A qualified candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in retirement plan/management roles.
- Proven expertise in participant accounting, investments, employee education, and retirement plan administration.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- High attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant industry designations or certifications (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to travel as required.
Compensation: Compensation will include a base and the potential for bonus. All-in compensation expectations could be just north of $100,000 annually.
