Role You Will Play:

In this role, you will utilize your retail leadership experience to direct and manage all store operations with overall responsibilities for sales, customer service, inventory management, safety, and administrative activities. You will be a hands-on manager, who leads by example and possesses both sales and retail management experience in all levels of the building materials and home improvement industry to ensure profitability while encouraging the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years industry-related experience, strong management skills, be results-oriented, dedicated, and motivated to succeed.
