As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of it all—empowering your team, cultivating a loyal client base, and creating a boutique experience that reflects the sophistication of Fifth Avenue. Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and inspire sales associates to exceed KPIs and deliver unforgettable service.

• Build and manage a robust personal client book while encouraging clienteling across the team.

• Elevate the visual merchandising presentation in alignment with global brand guidelines.

• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care, embodying a solutions-first mindset.

• Monitor market activity and provide insights on competition, trends, and customer preferences.

• Deliver boutique performance updates and recommend actions to enhance business results.

• Remain fluent in product knowledge and seasonal narratives to lead through storytelling.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in luxury or high-end retail, with proven leadership and client development skills.
