Role You Will Play:
In this role, you will utilize your background in retail sales to manage and develop a sales team while expanding your market presence and growing high-potential territories. You will be responsible for training a multi-state team on product and design, while acquiring new business, providing solutions to customer inquiries, and developing and measuring the division's KPIs. The ideal candidate will be customer service-focused, have a background in multifamily sales, and be dependable, people-oriented, and independent. We are looking for someone who wants to develop a team, sell, and be a key part of the organization!
