We’re representing a leading U.S. food manufacturer with a strong reputation in both private label and branded categories. Their branded snacking division, known for quality, innovation, and shelf presence in major
retailers nationwide, is looking for a Director of Sales to drive the next phase of retail expansion.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a small team of National Account Managers responsible for top U.S. retailers
- Manage key strategic customers directly, ensuring strong relationships, joint business planning, and sustainable growth
- Shape and execute customer-specific strategies across grocery, mass, and club channels
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize pricing, trade, and promotional plans
- Strengthen the fundamentals: drive velocity, expand distribution, and enhance profitability across the Emerald brand portfolio
Who You Are
- A proven sales leader with experience in branded food or snacking categories
- Skilled at leading people, coaching, and developing teams to their highest potential
- Experienced in customer strategy with a track record of success at major retailers such as Ahold Delhaize, CVS, Publix, or Walmart
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean, fast-moving environment
- Data-driven and collaborative, leveraging insights from Circana or 8451° to inform smart decisions
