Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
Build strong relationships with national retailers to expand distribution.

Work with food brokers nationwide to expand distribution.
Achieve ambitious sales targets while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications:
8+ years of sales experience in the poultry industry, ideally in retail deli/hot deli.
Strong network with retail grocery chains.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel, as required.
