Job Description

Ecommerce Program Manager – Retail Replatform (SFCC or Other) 12-Month Engagement

Bull City Talent Group's management consulting client is seeking an Ecommerce Program/Project Manager to lead a major replatform initiative for a national retail brand, migrating their ecommerce platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). This is a strategic, highly visible project reporting directly into the client's CIO. Our client will hire the resource on a 3-6 month contract with an option to join as a full-time consultant. The retail client project is slated for 12+ months.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end program management for the ecomm replatform, from planning through launch
  • Serve as the client-side lead overseeing the systems integrator delivery team
  • Manage timeline, budget, risk, and cross-functional stakeholders across IT and the business
  • Bring structure and rigor to a complex migration in a live retail environment

What we're looking for:

  • Strong Project or Program Management background within retail, apparel, or consumer brands
  • At least one ecommerce platform migration on your resume (SFCC, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, commercetools, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, or similar). You do not need deep SFCC expertise. What matters is that you understand the unique challenges of an ecomm migration: legacy data, integrations, cutover risk, and business continuity
  • Comfortable operating at a Senior or Manager level, ready to step up into a Program Manager-level role
  • Shopify program experience is a strong plus, not required
  • Consulting or client-facing delivery experience required
