What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advise a wide spectrum of stakeholders in high-stakes restructurings and special situations
  • Support complex cross-border financings and strategic capital solutions
  • Collaborate closely with experts in litigation, regulatory, tax, and M&A for holistic delivery
  • Gain visibility on key mandates across sectors including energy, financial services, tech, and shipping

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years’ PQE with a strong background in banking or finance
  • Clear interest in restructuring & insolvency; prior R&I experience a bonus
  • Strong drafting skills, commercial judgement, and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous given regional client coverage
