Position Overview
The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in shaping the team culture and ensuring consistently high service and operational standards. This role includes a comprehensive training program that provides broad exposure to both front- and back-of-house functions—including serving, hosting, bar operations, line cooking, prep, expediting, and all areas of financial and operational management. If you are enthusiastic, guest-focused, and passionate about leading and developing people, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization.
Qualifications
- At least three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or scratch-kitchen environment.
- Experience managing revenues of $5M or more.
- Strong, hands-on leadership style with a guest-first approach.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-demand service settings.
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor scheduling, and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Ability to commute to the Fort Lauderdale area
