A growing, scratch-kitchen hospitality group known for its high standards, energetic culture, and guest-first approach is seeking motivated college graduates to join its Management Training Program. This is a hands on, immersive opportunity designed to develop future leaders across both front-of-house restaurant management and back-of-house kitchen operations.

This group blends polished casual dining with an entrepreneurial mindset, making it an ideal environment for candidates who want to grow quickly and take on meaningful responsibility.

Program Overview

The Management Training Program is a structured, rotational experience (typically 2–3 months) that provides exposure to all facets of restaurant operations, including:

  • Dining room service & guest experience leadership
  • Culinary execution & kitchen systems
  • Inventory, cost control, and financial performance
  • Team hiring, training, and development
  • Scheduling, labor management, and shift leadership

Trainees will work directly alongside experienced managers and culinary leaders, gaining real-time operational experience in a fast-paced environment.

Career Paths

Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be placed into leadership roles aligned with their strengths and interests, including:

  • Restaurant Manager (Front of House)
  • Kitchen Manager (Back of House)
