We're looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant General Manager to join the leadership team at a top-tier resort in Virginia. Compensation: $ 110,000- $ 125,000 (commensurate with experience) + Comprehensive health benefits, employee discounts, EAP program, PTO and Holidays, 401k w/ 6% match and more!
Relocation assistance will be provided.

Requirements:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining food quality standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability while meeting financial targets
  • Recruit, train, and mentor service and kitchen staff to build a high-performing team capable of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations while maintaining detailed documentation and addressing any operational issues promptly
Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of improving operations and profitability
  • Strong leadership abilities with exceptional team-building, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control systems, and restaurant technology platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
