Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure peak performance and uncompromising service standards.
  • Manage full P&L, including labor costs, COGS, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality food execution and beverage program standards.
  • Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement to build brand loyalty.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of General Management experience in a high-volume, casual or upscale-casual dining environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of managing controllable expenses and driving profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on talent development and performance management.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly preferred given the concept’s focus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Package Details

  • Base Salary: $110,000
