Respiratory Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a leading New England provider of durable medical equipment, specializing in sleep apnea and other respiratory diseases. Salary: $72,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform CPAP/BiPAP setups and ventilator management.
  • Conduct accurate mask fittings for patients to ensure proper use and comfort.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with respiratory equipment.
  • Educate patients on the maintenance and proper cleaning of their supplies and equipment.
  • Demonstrate in-depth expertise in operating respiratory care equipment proficiently after comprehensive training.
  • Travel to patient homes and office-based settings to provide direct, hands-on care.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Current RCP license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Ability to perform in-home and office-based patient appointments in Framingham, MA, and surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift medical equipment weighing 25–50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation for in-field appointments with patients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in a similar role with a focus on patient care and equipment management.
  • Proven track record of independent work in a field setting.
