Salary: $72,800.00 - $79,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform CPAP/BiPAP and ventilator setups ensuring patient comfort and device functionality.
• Provide customized mask fittings for patients, enhancing comfort and treatment effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with respiratory equipment, guaranteeing optimal operation.
• Educate patients and their families on the proper maintenance and cleaning of supplies and equipment.
• Demonstrate and ensure patient and family understanding of equipment operation post-training.
• Manage a caseload of patients; schedule and conduct in-home and office visits in and around North Andover, MA.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Current RCP license valid in Massachusetts.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, handling both in-home and office-based appointments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathetic patient interaction.
• Physically able to lift medical equipment weighing 25–50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home health care settings is highly valued.
• Technical proficiency with respiratory equipment and troubleshooting methods.

Skills:

• Expertise in respiratory therapy equipment and treatments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to effectively address equipment or patient issues.
• Capability to work independently with diligent attention to detail.
