Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT)

What You’ll Do

• Perform all respiratory care procedures across patient populations
• Set up and manage ventilators (short and long-term)
• Administer oxygen, aerosol, and advanced respiratory therapies
• Monitor and assess patient response, adjusting care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

What We’re Looking For

• RRT/CRT required
• Minimum 1-year recent acute care experience preferred
• Experience in ICU, ER, or critical care strongly preferred
• Active Florida Respiratory License (or eligibility)
