Salary: $59,955 - $80,912 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in adherence to professional practice standards.
- Perform diagnostic tests and assess results to enhance patient treatment plans.
- Collect pertinent clinical data ready for analysis and interpretation.
- Contribute actively to the development and evaluation of respiratory care plans.
- Support various healthcare system divisions with expert respiratory care provisions.
- Engage in continuous learning to remain abreast of advancements in respiratory treatment.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory program (J.R.C.R.T./CoARC).
- Current RRT or CRT certification valid in Ohio.
- Ability to work both day and night shifts in a 36-hour weekly schedule.
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting, focusing on respiratory care.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospital setting, especially within acute care or ICU.
- Advanced certification in respiratory care practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities or previous supervisory experience.

- Flexibility to adjust shifts when required to meet hospital needs.
