Salary: $59,955 - $80,912 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in adherence to professional practice standards.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and assess results to enhance patient treatment plans.
  • Collect pertinent clinical data ready for analysis and interpretation.
  • Contribute actively to the development and evaluation of respiratory care plans.
  • Support various healthcare system divisions with expert respiratory care provisions.
  • Engage in continuous learning to remain abreast of advancements in respiratory treatment.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited respiratory program (J.R.C.R.T./CoARC).
  • Current RRT or CRT certification valid in Ohio.
  • Ability to work both day and night shifts in a 36-hour weekly schedule.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, focusing on respiratory care.
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hospital setting, especially within acute care or ICU.
  • Advanced certification in respiratory care practices.
