Respiratory Therapist - RRT/CRT

Salary: $28.94 - $38.90 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient care and conduct diagnostic tests according to professional practice standards.
  • Review existing clinical data and collect or recommend additional pertinent clinical data.
  • Evaluate all gathered data to ascertain the appropriateness of the prescribed respiratory care plan.
  • Participate in the development and modification of respiratory care plans based on patient needs and assessment findings.
  • Provide support across various divisions of the healthcare system, enhancing overall treatment quality and effectiveness.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a respiratory program recognized by J.R.C.R.T./CoARC.
  • Current valid RRT or CRT certification in Ohio.
  • Proven ability to deliver effective respiratory care.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess clinical data and formulate care plans.
  • Commitment to professional development and following industry-standard protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of respiratory devices and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, either day or night, as required.
