Resource Mobilisation Manager

The Resource Mobilisation Manager is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising and partnership strategies to support MOBA’s programs, infrastructure projects, and long-term sustainability. The role focuses on engaging alumni, corporate partners, donors, and sponsors to secure financial and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive resource mobilisation strategy aligned with MOBA’s goals.
• Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities from alumni year groups, corporates, and partners.
• Design sponsorship packages, fundraising campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives.=

Partnership & Donor Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and strategic partners.
• Prepare funding proposals, concept notes, and partnership agreements.
• Maintain a structured donor and partner database.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track funds pledged, received, and utilised.
• Support donor reporting in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Provide regular updates to management on fundraising performance

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Development Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in fundraising, partnerships, or resource mobilisation.
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Must be an Mfantsipim Old Boy with a strong relationship within the MOBA community.
