We are seeking a Director of Finance for a breathtaking resort property in Wisconsin. This role will oversee the entire finance/accounting department for a large resort with multiple revenue streams including golf, lodging, F&B and HOA. A seasoned hospitality finance executive is the ideal fit, as this role will report to ownership and the management company, playing an integral role in the financial health and direction of the property.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $175,000 plus 30% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, 401k and more!

Director of Finance Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • 3+ years as Controller, Director of Finance or similar role
  • Experience at a high-volume (20+mil) hotel or resort strongly preferred
  • High-level ability in strategic planning, budgeting, analysis
  • Experience managing financials for hospitality, golf, HOA, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skill as a department/team leader
