We are seeking a Director of Accounting for a breathtaking resort in central Wisconsin. This on-site role is with an impressive property offering a variety of lodging options, a members-only clubhouse, multiple golf courses, and award-winning food and beverage. This Executive Committee role will be a key voice in leading the growth of the property for an ownership group known for rewarding high-performers!

Base Salary of $135,000 - $175,000 + 30% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, relocation, 401k w/match, and more!

Director of Accounting Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • 3+ years as Director of Accounting, Controller, Director of Finance or similar role
  • Experience at a high-volume (20+mil) hotel or resort strongly preferred
  • High-level ability in strategic planning, budgeting, analysis
  • Experience managing financials for hospitality, golf, HOA, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skill as a department/team leader
