Our client, a boutique law firm located in North Atlanta is searching for a Residential Real Estate Closer to join their team.
This position will support the Residential Real Estate Attorneys.
Responsibilities include the preparation of loan documents for closings, settlement statements, closing disclosures, funding and title insurance policies etc…
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years related experience within a high volume environment
- Experience with Landtech
- Excellent communication skills
