Mid size National corporation is seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Attorney to join its growing team. This is a supervisory position. Must have experience with RESPA, FHA, GLBA and real estate regulatory requirements. This position will create processes and internal controls to ensure compliance in all areas of real estate brokerage, sales and auctions.
