Full Time, Monday – Friday, 10AM – 6PM w/ flexibility and On-Call responsibility

Seeking a Residential Director to lead operations for four residential homes in Cape May County, NJ.

This key role will work under the supervision of the Chief Program Officer. The Residential Director will oversee all aspects of these settings, manage fiscal operations, and ensure full regulatory compliance while meeting the needs of individuals with IDD, and Autism.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Oversee program supervisors and all aspects of residential settings, ensuring competent supervision, state regulation compliance, and individuals' needs are met.
• Manage budgets by monitoring staffing, expenditures, and maintaining accurate records per company policies.
• Ensure staff are well-trained for consistent, timely, and accurate documentation.
• Foster trust and cooperation among stakeholders, keeping individuals' needs at the forefront.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Four years supervisory experience and mental health and behavioral health experience.
