We are looking for an experienced Remediation Engineer to join a leading, global engineering and consulting company. In this role, you will be involved in various activities which support a diverse portfolio of environmental, assessment and restoration projects. The role involves mainly office work, to include data analysis, report prep and proposal generation as well as some field work oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement remediation solutions (e.g., ERD, SVE, air sparge, pump and treat)
• Prepare technical work plans and reports
• Compile and interpret technical investigation findings
• Assist with proposals for investigations, remediation, or industrial projects for clients
• Work effectively alone and with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders
• Present work plans and report findings to client and regulatory stakeholders
• Work alongside and mentor the junior engineering staff
• Focus on health and safety by complying with all company and client requirements

Requirements:

• BS degree in Environmental, Chemical, Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• Professional engineer license or ability to obtain in Kansas, Missouri, and/or Texas
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience
• Ability to work with minimal daily supervision
• Master’s degree in environmental engineering or related field preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
