The Reliability and Maintenance Manager activities require engineering and/or maintenance-based experience in mechanical and/or electrical equipment, preferably those used in manufacturing processes and facilities.
The candidate must demonstrate broad knowledge of Reliability and Maintainability processes, technology, and systems, with a working knowledge of heavy manufacturing.
The incumbent should also possess a strong knowledge of engineering concepts, codes, standards, regulations, and techniques.
The successful applicant must solve complex problems, demonstrate project management skills, possess change management skills, have a strong motivation to lead, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Be able to follow and give high regard to safety rules and housekeeping procedures.
Knowledge of computer software, such as; Microsoft Office and various ERP & CMMS software
Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously
Ability to communicate with co-workers, vendors, customers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels within the organization
Work equally well individually or in a team situation
Be able to follow and give high regard to both vendor and customer service
Due to the nature of manufacturing operations the incumbent may be required to be on-call and must be available for specific operations or projects.
