Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer / Maintenance & Reliability Engineer / Asset Reliability Engineer / Plant Reliability Engineer

Michigan City, IN Full-Time On-Site

Stop firefighting. Start owning reliability.

Are you a reliability engineer who is tired of reacting to breakdowns instead of fixing the root cause? This is an opportunity to take real ownership of equipment reliability in a manufacturing environment where your work directly impacts uptime, performance, and cost.

This is not a support role buried in maintenance. You will lead efforts to identify failure modes, eliminate recurring issues, and implement reliability strategies that drive measurable improvement across the operation.

My client, a global manufacturer of custom-engineered industrial materials, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support equipment reliability, maintenance strategy development, and overall asset performance at its U.S. manufacturing operation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Michigan City, Indiana area, ideal for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of maintenance, engineering, and production support.

If you're ready to make an immediate impact in a visible role, this opportunity combines hands-on troubleshooting with the ability to build and improve reliability systems in a complex manufacturing environment.
