Relationship Manager - Invoice Finance

This is an exciting opportunity to join Bibby Financial Services, an award winning business with ambitious growth plans, a strong and highly experienced leadership team, and a well-established presence in the Irish market. Taking ownership of a live Leinster portfolio, the successful hire will play a key role in managing and developing SME client relationships, ensuring facilities remain fit for purpose, risk is well managed, and service levels remain consistently high.
It is a role with real scope, visibility, and long-term potential for someone who enjoys combining relationship management, financial analysis, and commercial judgement in a fast-paced environment. The position will suit a candidate who is confident managing a portfolio, producing clear credit and risk papers, and working closely with internal teams to deliver strong outcomes for both clients and the wider business.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

Proven experience managing a portfolio within invoice finance, commercial lending, or a related financial services environment

Strong financial acumen, including the ability to assess SME financial information and identify risk and opportunity

Experience preparing clear written reports, reviews, and credit papers

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Confident relationship management skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations when needed

Ability to work effectively across sales, operations, and risk-focused teams

Knowledge of the Irish SME or financial services market

Prior invoice finance experience would be highly desirable
