JOB SUMMARY

Presentation Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center, a contracted veterans nursing home providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation in Brighton, MA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing and documenting patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatric patients and be committed to providing high-quality care.

SALARY

$34 - $42/hr - Commensurate with experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and document patient needs
• Create and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current and Valid MA RN license required
• 1 year of Nursing experience preferred
• BLS Certification preferred
• Prior experience with geriatrics or long term care preferred
• Nursing Degree
